On January 14, 2011, CEO Tadej Tufek and Executive Director Marjan Ravnikar resigned because of bad results in the last years of leadership.

The new CEO became Klemen Boštjančič and a new Executive Director Robert Vuga.

Adria sold its shares in Adria Tehnika, to Ljubljana Airport and to the Government, to cover part of the loss.
