The John Joseph Moakley Center for Technological Applications ( 1995 ) ( 49, 000 ft² ) is named for the late former US Representative John Joseph Moakley.

This facility features computer labs and a large technologically enhanced auditorium / lecture hall.

The faculty union, MSCA, occupies a small house on Burrill Avenue, across from the Moakley Center.
