In the first episode, Bonaduce helped Simmons ' partner Shannon Tweed to determine if a lie detector could possibly be defeated by Simmons.

In the second episode, Bonaduce appeared with Adam Carolla while Simmons was hooked up to a lie detector.

Questions were posed both to Gene Simmons and Shannon by Bonaduce while each was hooked up to the polygraph machine.
