Haruki Tojo ( 東上春樹 ): The main character and protagonist of the game and the character the player controls.

Being somewhat insensitive and cold plus having been voted to be his school's ' Chairman of Conduct ', Haruki has been mis-nicknamed ' The Devil Chairman ' although in truth he's actually kinda thoughtful but lazy.

He once knew Maho as a child, he forgot about her when she moved away, thus enraging Maho when the two meet again at a park near Haruki's school.
