A Greatest Hits CD released in 1994 became another entry into the British charts.

The song " Perhaps, Perhaps, Perhaps " was included in the soundtrack of the Australian film Strictly Ballroom, and became a theme song for the British TV show, Coupling, with Mari Wilson performing it for the title sequence.

Day was supposed to be at the Academy Awards in 1994 ; however, she tripped on a sprinkler injuring herself, and had to withdraw from appearing.

Since the 1990s, Day has not allowed recent photos to be displayed publicly, for personal reasons.
