In 2009, after nine years of departed ways, Every Little Thing began working again with former band member Mitsuru Igarashi.

Igarashi composed and produced several songs on the band's ninth album Change, released in March 2010, including its three promotional singles: " Dream Goes On ", " Tsumetai Ame " and the album title song.
