After the events of the " House of M " storyline, Iceman finds himself to be flesh and blood again and believes himself to have lost his powers.

Shortly after, while being held at gunpoint by the Leper Queen, Emma Frost " pushes " something in Bobby's mind that forces him to turn to ice.

Further examination reveals that Drake had not lost his powers, but rather had unconsciously repressed them on his own.

After this, Bobby is once again able to revert from ice to flesh.
