* After Moon's death, Small Faces / Faces drummer Kenney Jones became an official member of The Who.
Simon Phillips later toured with the band as an unofficial member.
The Who also added keyboardist John " Rabbit " Bundrick to the live band.
As of September 2012, the Who's drum position is currently occupied by Zak Starkey, son of Ringo Starr.
Starkey learned to drum from Moon, whom he called " Uncle Keith ".
