The charges against one of the nurses were ultimately dismissed.

The hospital administrator Stan Wiley was indicted on felony retaliation charges and accepted a plea deal in March 2011.
He was sentenced to 30 days in jail and fined $ 2, 000.
As part of the plea deal, Wiley agreed to cooperate with the prosecution of the three remaining defendants.
