Briggs or Phelps would be shown in a fancy apartment, retrieving an oversized, leather-bound dossier folder from a locked drawer.
Inside this folder were plastic-wrapped dossiers ( usually featuring standard 8 × 10 " glossies " of the respective actors ) of the available IMF agents.
Briggs / Phelps would toss the selected agents ' dossiers onto a table.
