* Tommaso Buscetta ( 1928 – 2000 ) was the first important pentito against the Sicilian Mafia.
He started to collaborate with anti-Mafia prosecutor Giovanni Falcone in 1984.
His testimony was of crucial importance in the Maxi Trial.
