When its contract was taken over by Radio Mi Amigo, Radio Atlantis transferred to the MV Janeine in 1974 and added an English service, but its signal was poor and it closed on August 31, the day before the passage of the Dutch MOA, one hour after Radio Veronica and one hour before RNI.
