* Dr. Harry Cunningham ( Tom Ward ) has appeared since the start of series six.

He started out life as a junior doctor, who worked as an apprentice alongside Sam and Leo.

However, he soon qualified to become a proper doctor, and has worked on equal footing with the team since series seven.

Harry is single and lives alone, but has had several romantic relationships, including an on-off relationship with his colleague Nikki.
