On June 10, 2010, Sega officially announced Sonic Adventure would be released on both the Xbox Live Arcade and PlayStation Network in Fall 2010.
Sonic Adventure DX was released on Steam, as the first in a series of Dreamcast titles to be released as digital downloads.
Additional features include enhanced graphics, surround sound, online leaderboards, achievement / trophy support and unlockable Avatar Awards, consisting of a Sonic Adventure T-Shirt and Sonic's " Speed Shoes ".
