Between the years 1998, and 2000 she authored three strategy guide books for Prima Games on the games Jazz Jackrabbit 2 ( 1998 ), Buck Bumble ( 1998 ), and Daikatana ( 2000 ).

For the latter she used the nickname, Stevie " Killcreek " Case.

The nickname " Killcreek " she adopted after the band of the same name from Lawrence, Kansas.

Case attended school in Lawrence at the University of Kansas and grew up in Olathe, Kansas.
