The Park Estate has a very vibrant Resident's Association The Nottingham Park Resident's Association ( NPRA ).
The NPRA holds regular talks and hosts a number of events using the two green spaces in the middle of The Park.
These spaces are called ' circuses '.
In 2011 the NPRA hosted a street party around the main circus on the day of the Royal Wedding.
In 2012 they are organising a Park Jubilee Street Party at Newcastle Circus on Sunday 3 June.
Proceeds from ticket sales go into the organisation of other events and the production of a twice yearly magazine which is delivered, free of charge, to every Park household.
Other events include a picnic for young children based on the Teddy Bear picnic song, a Carol Service and Boule tournament.
Every year, in June, The Park holds a major charitable event where a number of the spectacular Gardens are open to the public, with the proceeds being donated to local charities.
