Vlastimil Koubek was the architect of the West Building ( 475 L ' Enfant Plaza SW ) and East Building ( or L ' Enfant Plaza Hotel ; 480 L ' Enfant Plaza SW ).

He was third at Gothenburg 1971 with 8 / 11, behind winners Vlastimil Hort and Ulf Andersson.

He was also a redactor of the magazines Vlastimil and Pražský posel ( Prague Messenger ), and of the newspaper Sedlské noviny ( Peasant newspapers ), that were later banned because of his political involvement.

Vlastimil Tusar ( 18 October 1880 Prague – 22 March 1924 Berlin ) was a Czech journalist and political figure.

Portisch shared the title at Kecskemét 1966 on 6. 5 / 9, along with Vlastimil Hort.

His early defeat in the Australian Open was followed by success in the Zagreb Open ; Henman reached the semi-finals, but was defeated by Stefan Koubek 3 – 6, 6 – 3, 2 – 6.
