SCUMM has been released on the following platforms: 3DO, Amiga, Apple II, Atari ST, CDTV, Commodore 64, Fujitsu Towns & Marty, Apple Macintosh, Nintendo Entertainment System, DOS, Microsoft Windows, Sega Mega-CD and TurboGrafx-16 / PC Engine.

He also implemented the Logo programming language for the Commodore Amiga, managed the software OS development for CDTV, one of the first CD-ROM TV set-top boxes, and wrote the OS for Viscorp Ed, one of the first Internet TV set-top boxes.

Along with dedicated Karaoke machines, other consumer devices that play CD + G format CDs include the NEC TurboGrafx-CD ( a CD-ROM peripheral for the PC Engine / TurboGrafx-16 ) and Turbo Duo, the Philips CD-i, the Sega Saturn, Mega-CD, the JVC X ' Eye, the 3DO Interactive Multiplayer, the Amiga CD32 and Commodore CDTV, and the Atari Jaguar CD ( which was an attachment for the Atari Jaguar ).

Defender of the Crown II was published by Commodore International in 1993 for the CDTV and Amiga CD32.

It was designed to be compatible with Commodore CDTV software as well as being able to read ordinary ISO 9660 CD-ROM discs.

It was first developed by ICOM Simulations for the FM Towns computer and later ported to DOS, Apple Macintosh, Commodore CDTV, TurboGrafx-CD and Sega CD with all versions being distributed on CD-ROM.
