In his first appearance as Morden ( Wasser made his first appearance on Babylon 5 as Guerra, a member of the Babylon 5 bridge crew during the pilot episode " Babylon 5: The Gathering "), Morden visits Ambassador G ' Kar of the Narn, Ambassador Delenn of the Minbari, and Ambassador Londo Mollari of the Centauri, asking each of them the Shadow Question, " What do you want?

" G ' Kar answers that he would like revenge upon the Centauri, but his lack of vision beyond that goal isn't the answer Morden is looking for.

* G ' Kar did see the Centauri humbled and his homeworld made safe, but by that time he had outgrown his anger and was disgusted by the resulting slaughter, and though Narn was safe and free, his people were left confused and directionless when the object of their hate was reduced to a state worthy only of pity.

The other VIP, Frederick Lantz, is there ostensibly to investigate the Centauri situation, meeting with representatives from the League of Non-Aligned Worlds, though he refuses to meet with G ' Kar.

Andrew " Andreas " Katsulas ( May 18, 1946 – February 13, 2006 ) was a Greek-American actor known for his roles as Ambassador G ' Kar in the science fiction television series Babylon 5, as the one-armed villain Sykes in the film The Fugitive ( 1993 ), and as the Romulan Commander Tomalak on Star Trek: The Next Generation.

Katsulas was a regular on Babylon 5, where he played Ambassador G ' Kar.

Meanwhile, G ' Kar and Ivanova walk through a storage bay, where G ' Kar explains that the devices around them were delivered by the Gaim ambassador, and that each of the weapons can deliver a blast of between five and six hundred megatons, and they are very difficult to detect.

Londo approaches G ' Kar, who is eating in the Zocalo ; he vows to " strike back hard " in retaliation for the Narn attack.

The two exchange insults, G ' Kar commenting on how the wheels of fate have turned since the Centauri occupation of Narn.

G ' Kar angrily threatens Mollari: " One night you'll wake up and find our teeth at your throat.

Londo tells Sinclair of a prophetic dream he once had, a vision of his own death where he saw himself and G ' Kar, both 20 years older, strangle each other to death.

G ' Kar enters the garden, where he finds Sinclair ; G ' Kar vows that the Narn will take vengeance on the Centauri for their occupation of the Narn homeworld.
