Jason Clarence Kreis ( born December 29, 1972, in Omaha, Nebraska ) is an American soccer coach and former player.

He ended his MLS career with 88 regular season goals, a record surpassed in 2004 by Jason Kreis.

On August 22, 2007, in a match against the New York Red Bulls, he scored his 109th MLS goal, surpassing the previous league record set by former Dallas Burn and Real Salt Lake forward Jason Kreis.

In 2007, he scored his 108th goal on a penalty kick against Toronto FC on May 19, tying him with Jason Kreis as the all-time leading scorer in MLS.

Diaz Arce left MLS second in career goals scored with 82, behind only Roy Lassiter, although he has fallen to sixth as Jason Kreis, Jaime Moreno, Ante Razov and Jeff Cunningham have surpassed both of their totals.
