At the end of the season, the 76ers made a questionable trade of Hall of Famer Wilt Chamberlain to the Los Angeles Lakers for Archie Clark, Darrell Imhoff and Jerry Chambers.

On July 9, 1968, the team acquired Wilt Chamberlain from the Philadelphia 76ers for Darrell Imhoff, Archie Clark, and Jerry Chambers.

For each Swirling Eddies release, band members adopted pseudonyms for the liner notes ; " Camarillo Eddy " ( Terry Scott Taylor ), " Berger Roy Al " ( Tim Chandler ), " Gene Pool " ( Greg Flesch ), " Arthur Fhardy " ( Rob Watson ), " Spot " ( Jerry Chamberlain ), and " Hort Elvison " ( David Raven ).

Later that year, the band lost Paxton and Starnes, and added bassist Marty Dieckmeyer and guitarist Jerry Chamberlain to the line-up.

In late 1974, Dieckmeyer was asked to join Jubal's Last Band, a band consisting of Terry Scott Taylor, Steve Baxter, and new guitarist Jerry Chamberlain.

" Spizzle Trunk " is a punk-influenced track with " thrashy guitars ", but it also includes " barroom Jerry Lee Lewis piano buried in the mix ".

Knoxville Girls was a short-lived New York City alternative rock supergroup that contained: Bob Bert ( of Sonic Youth and Pussy Galore ), on drums, Jerry Teel ( of Boss Hog and Little Porkchop ) on vocals, guitars ; Kid Congo Powers ( of The Gun Club and The Cramps ) on guitar and vocals ; Jack Martin ( of Little Porkchop and Blackstrap Molasses Family ) on guitar ; and Barry London ( of Stab City ) on organ.

After re-joining Nine Inch Nails in 2008 he began using several other guitars on stage, including Jerry Jones baritone guitars ( similar in shape to Danelectro guitars ), Fender Jazzmasters, Fender Telecasters and Gibson ES-355s.

Gretsch, Fender, Gibson ( EB-6 ), PRS Guitars, Music Man, Danelectro, Schecter, Jerry Jones, Burns London and many other companies have produced baritone guitars since the 1960s, although always in small numbers due to low popularity.

The Les Deux Love Orchestra often performs with two baritone guitars playing together, a Jerry Jones and a Danelectro, as can be heard on their recording of Henry Mancini's " Experiment In Terror.

Adrien Begrand of Popmatters states, " Erna perfectly mimics the late Layne Staley's low, guttural, sinister singing and snarly, metal-inspired growls "-Erna's vocals also seem to be reminiscent of Metallica's James Hetfield-and, " The band's music is a faithful retread of Jerry Cantrell's churning, tuned-down hard rock ".

The practice included Eric Stefani ( keyboards ), Gwen Stefani ( backing vocals ), John Spence ( Vocals ), Jerry McMahon ( Guitar ), Chris Leal ( Bass ) and Gabe Gonzalas ( Trumpet ), Alan and Tony Meade ( saxophone ).

Moby Grape continues to perform occasionally, performing with core members Jerry Miller, Bob Mosley and Peter Lewis, and in such incarnations as with Skip Spence's son Omar joining on vocals and Jerry Miller's son Joseph on drums.

After several months of mulling things over and working with other musicians ( Larry joined Jerry Marotta in the backing band for Garland Jeffreys while Kelly worked with the Beach Boys ), the Hoppen brothers and Kelly decided to continue on in late 1977, bringing in new members R. A. Martin ( vocals, sax, horns, keyboards ) and Connecticut musician Bob Leinbach ( vocals, keyboards, trombone ), who'd played with Larry Hoppen during the Ithaca years and had completed a stint with the group The Fabulous Rhinestones.
