The principal roads through the town are U. S. Route 44 ( running east-west ) and Routes 169 ( running north-south ), and 101 ( running east-west ).

The town has a central police station on Route 44, and a central post office at the corner of Routes 44 and 114A.

Additionally, three exits of Interstate 495 are located just over the town line in Middleborough, granting access to Routes 44, 18 and 105 ( from north to south in order ).

* Kimball Stand – A hamlet in the southwest corner of the town on NY Routes 60 and 380 and County Road 44.

On the south side of the village, Routes 22 / 44 make a 90-degree turn.

It lies at the north junction of U. S. Routes 63 and 66 just north of Rolla.
