Among other special features, the DVD included a 75-minute featurette, " More Things That Happened ", which compiled footage elaborating on Sue's marriage to Smithy, her unpleasant life story, the Phantom's influence on women, and the lives of the prostitutes on Hollywood Boulevard.

A featurette on the first series DVD release, " Finding Leo ", consists of late-night video camera footage ( shot mostly by Merchant ) chronicling Gervais ' fruitless and ultimately unsuccessful attempts to contact DiCaprio's manager.

A documentary featurette on W. C. Fields accompanying the film's DVD release, however, reveals that Fields and director Sutherland faked the footage from the set as a publicity stunt.
