Lyman Frank Baum ( May 15, 1856 – May 6, 1919 ) was an American author of children's books, best known for writing The Wonderful Wizard of Oz.

Nicknamed " The Wizard " for his defensive brilliance, Smith set major league records for career assists ( 8, 375 ) and double plays ( 1, 590 ) by a shortstop ( the latter since broken by Omar Vizquel ), as well as the National League ( NL ) record with 2, 511 career games at the position ; Smith won the NL Gold Glove Award for play at shortstop for 13 consecutive seasons ( 1980 – 1992 ).

The EP was engineered by Davy Shannon at Wizard Sound Studios, Belfast – and was released on Belfast's Good Vibrations record label.

A one-hour biographical documentary film The Wizard of Waukesha was shown at the Los Angeles International Film Exposition ( FILMEX ) March 4 – 21, 1980, and later on PBS television.

With it, he merges with The Master — and transforms into Robby Reed, who explains that years before, he had used the dial to split in two ( dialing " S P L I T ") so that he could disarm a dead man's switch, while his other self, the Wizard, defeated the villain who set it.

However, the Wizard carried all of Robby's inherent goodness, while the Robby that remained possessed only evil impulses ; the original Hero Dial was lost when this Robby, renaming himself The Master, dialed " hide yourself ", causing the dial to vanish along with The Master's and The Wizard's memories of their former life as Robby Reed.

While The Master learned genetic techniques that allowed him to create his army of super-villains, the Wizard was driven to create the new H-dials, unconsciously designing limitations into them to prevent what happened to Robby from recurring ( only heroic identities, a time limit, and the exclusion of letters other than H-E-R-O ; the latter, however, did not prevent Chris from experimenting on one occasion and dialing H-O-R-R-O-R, with disastrous results ).

His battle with him resulted in Robby Reed splitting into Wizard and Master.

* A different Wizard was the hero form of Robby Reed.

Robby divided himself into a superhero called Wizard and a supervillain called Master in order to turn off the Dead Man's Switch and defeat a supervillain called Shirkon.

In the final battle with Master, Wizard appeared and managed to merge with Master changing them back into Robby Reed.

While Mister Fantastic is glued to a wall with the Trapster's paste, the Wizard convinces the Thing that it's Reed's fault that he's a monster and convinces him to kill Reed.

This story is the first one since the original The Wonderful Wizard of Oz to send its hero on a quest through the land of Oz, a technique that allowed Baum to showcase the marvels of the land.

The comic artist Brad Neely's reinterpretation of Harry Potter, Wizard People, took Warner Brother's first Harry Potter film, The Sorcerer's Stone, and substituted the original soundtrack with a narration that casts the hero as a Nietzschean superman.

Finding an individual to challenge, the hero was the one who would become the one known as the Wanderer, who went on to save the princess and defeated the Wizard.

Wizard magazine ranked him as the 135th greatest comic book character of all time while IGN ranked Groo as the 100th greatest comic book hero of all time stating that "... while he may not be the brightest bulb on the battlefield, Groo is an earnest and kind-hearted adventurer whose travels are never short on laughs and adventure.

These members included the former Avenger Hawkeye, and later a young African American hero named Charcoal who had previously fought the team, having been created by a " Create a character " contest in Wizard.

The might hero is the Alchemist and the magic hero is the Wizard.

* Captain Cold appears in DC Universe Online voiced by Ryan Wickerham In the hero campaign, Captain Cold ( alongside Heat Wave, Mirror Master, and Weather Wizard ) is a boss in the Stryker's Island alert.

Wizard Entertainment considered Ichigo the best hero from 2007, commenting that he does not try to be a hero as he just fights in order to protect his friends or to return a debt.

The party travel to the Emerald City, where Jam is welcomed as a hero ; after a celebratory banquet, Ozma and the Wizard send the boy home to Ohio once more.
