After Armageddon there will be a resurrection in the flesh of " both righteous and unrighteous " dead ( but not the " wicked "), based on Acts 24: 15.

About a fifth of the law code is taken up by Alfred's introduction, which includes translations into English of the Decalogue, a few chapters from the Book of Exodus, and the " Apostolic Letter " from Acts of the Apostles ( 15: 23 – 29 ).

( Acts 3: 13 ; 5: 30 ; 15: 10 ; 22: 14 ; 26: 6 ; 28: 5 ) Those who agree with this claim often reject that Luke is writing an apology.

This is certainly the perspective of Luke as he recites the passage from Amos in Acts 15: 17.

Returning from this first missionary journey to Antioch, they were again sent up to Jerusalem to consult with the church there regarding the relation of Gentiles to the church ( Acts 15: 2 ; Galatians 2: 1 ).

Although many assume that the biblical Mark the Cousin of Barnabas ( Colossians 4: 10 ) is the same as John Mark ( Acts 12: 12, 25 ; 13: 5, 13 ; 15: 37 ) and Mark the Evangelist, the traditionally believed author of the Gospel of Mark, according to Hippolytus of Rome, the three " Mark " s are distinct persons.

Moreover, Paul's description of the Council of Jerusalem ( Gal 2: 1 – 10 ) gives a different point of view from the description in Acts 15: 2 – 29.

In this view, the visit to Jerusalem, mentioned in Galatians 2: 1 – 10, is identical with that of Acts 15, which is spoken of as a thing of the past.

This view holds the private speaking about the gospel shared among the Gentiles precludes the Acts 15 visit, but fits perfectly with Acts 11.

2: 10 ) fits with the purpose of the Acts 11 visit ( but not Acts 15 ).

In addition, the exclusion of any mention of the letter of Acts 15 is seen to indicate that such a letter did not yet exist, since Paul would have been likely to use it against the legalism confronted in Galatians.

Lake wonders why it would be necessary for the Jerusalem Council ( Acts 15 ) to take place at all if the issue were settled in Acts 11: 30 / 12: 25, as this view holds.

Acts 5: 15 reports that " people brought the sick into the streets and laid them on beds and mats so that at least Peter's shadow might fall on some of them as he passed by.

The term foursquare refers to the four fundamental beliefs of Pentecostalism: Jesus saves according to John 3: 16, baptizes with the Holy Spirit according to Acts 2: 4, heals bodily according to James 5: 15, and is coming again to receive those who are saved according to 1 Thessalonians 4: 16 – 17.

New Testament passages that explicitly discuss prophets existing after the death and resurrection of Christ include Revelation 11: 10, Matthew 10: 40-41 and 23: 34, John 13: 20 and 15: 20 and Acts 11: 25-30, 13: 1 and 15: 32.

Also, Paul is even proclaims that he is a Roman citizen ( Acts 16: 37-40 ; 22: 25-9 ).

However, since Paul was from Cilicia and refers to himself using this name ( see Acts 21: 39, 22: 3 ), it seems very natural that the name Cilicia would have continued to be in colloquial use among its residents despite its hiatus in official Roman nomenclature.
