As the reception gets under way, Gareth ( Simon Callow ) instructs his friends to go forth and seek potential mates ; Fiona's brother, Tom ( James Fleet ), stumbles through an attempt to connect with the minister's wife, while Charles's flatmate, Scarlett ( Charlotte Coleman ), strikes up a conversation with a tall, attractive American named Chester.

Katerina is mortified, but seeing Fiona's indifference to the whole situation, reaches something approaching cordiality with Fiona by writing her off.

Hiltz is the main antagonist of Zoids Guardian Force, and arguably the entire series as his arc is tied to Fiona's past and the quest for the Zoid Eve.

Simmonds picks out from subtle hints in her and Fiona's talk that Kate is a repeat adulterer, which he calls her out on and begins to berate her with.

Kate reveals that Fiona's husband Kenny has been abusing her, to which Simmonds suggests that Ross take the job.

She says that the bruises are on Fiona's back and thigh, which Simmonds inspects personally, and even takes a photograph of ( he says that a view by the " medically un-trained eye " would look good on the police report ).

Two enemies exist in addition to the castle's keepers, neither are dangerous to Fiona but can alert Fiona's pursuers to her location and cause panic.

The other enemy type are small grotesque, fetus resembling homunculi, who attach themselves to Fiona's legs while letting out a piercing yell.

We also learn that Shrek and Fiona's sons are Fergus and Farkle.

There are some unseen characters, however, such as a car salesman, Fiona's Mother and Kenny's baby daughter Sophie.
