QUEST is a public television program on the Maine Public Broadcasting Network, hosted by Linda Greenlaw.

In 2004, Dallas, Texas-based First Broadcasting purchased the station from owners Doug and Linda Balough.

Both albums helped widen their audience nationally, thanks to regular radio exposure on Triple J in Sydney and on community stations in other cities, as well as national TV exposure through their innovative music videos on programs such as the Australian Broadcasting Corporation ( ABC-TV ) pop music show Countdown.

The Australian Broadcasting Corporation ( ABC ) also broadcasts four radio stations in Orange including ABC Local Radio ( 2CR ) on 549AM and three national networks-ABC Classic FM on 102. 7 FM, ABC Radio National on 104. 3 FM & Triple J on 101. 9 FM.

Operated by the Canadian Broadcasting Corporation, Radio 3 had its genesis in a late-1990s proposal to launch a radio network devoted to youth culture, comparable to BBC Radio One and Australia's Triple J.

Wide World of Sports debuted April 29, 1961 and was the creation of Edgar J. Scherick through his company, Sports Programs, Inc. After selling his company to the American Broadcasting Company, Scherick hired a young Roone Arledge to produce the show.

He has made 16 transcriptions of works by François Couperin, Jean-Philippe Rameau, Georg Philipp Telemann, and J. S. Mid-Canada Television, or MCTV, was created in 1980 when Cambrian Broadcasting, which owned the CTV affiliates in Sudbury, North Bay and Timmins, merged with J. Conrad Lavigne's CBC affiliates in the same cities to create Mid-Canada Communications.

He lost the Udunuwara electorate in 1970 but was returned to Parliament in the 1977 UNP landslide, being appointed Cabinet Minister of Information and Broadcasting in the J. R. Jayewardene administration.

CBS ' radio stations, including WBZ, were spun off into a new public company, Infinity Broadcasting Corporation, in 1998 ( a move that removed the Group W name from the station's license ); Viacom announced its acquisition of the publicly held stake in Infinity on August 15, 2000 ( shortly after it merged with CBS Corporation ), a transaction completed on February 21, 2001 ( though Viacom, and CBS before the merger, had always held a majority stake in Infinity ).

At the time of its formation there were three types of broadcasters in Australia, A Class stations ( most of which later evolved into the Australian Broadcasting Corporation ); B Class stations, which are now known as commercial stations ; amateurs.

The station is owned by Cunningham Broadcasting, but is operated by Sinclair Broadcast Group through a local marketing agreement ( LMA ) with Fox affiliate WBFF ( channel 45 ); however, WNUV is effectively owned by Sinclair due to Cunningham's financial structure ( see below ).
