Alexander Charles David Drogo Montagu, 13th Duke of Manchester ( born 11 December 1962 ) is an Australian-born hereditary peer of the Peerage of Great Britain living in the United States.

The Marquess died unmarried, and was succeeded by his twin brother, Lord Charles David Montagu Hay, thus becoming one of the few British aristocrats to be succeeded by a younger twin.

David Hume ( 25 August 1776 ) was a Scottish philosopher, historian, economist, and essayist, known especially for his philosophical empiricism and skepticism.

In 1768, he settled in Edinburgh ; he lived from 1771 until his death in 1776 at the south-west corner of St. Andrew's Square, in Edinburgh's New Town, at what is now 21 Saint David Street.
