Denham Springs is a city in Livingston Parish, Louisiana, United States, and part of the Baton Rouge Metropolitan Statistical Area.

Downtown Denham Springs has transformed itself from hardware stores, drug stores, doctor's offices, and a single movie theater to a collection of various and varied forms of antique dealers.

The downtown area is now called the Denham Springs Antique Village.

The original land claims of John Noblet and Alexander Hogue form what is now the older section of Denham Springs, including the first residential and business districts.

Denham Green's nursery and early years facilities were relocated to purpose built accommodation on the Preparatory school's Arboretum campus in 1987.

However some traffic continued into the 1980s and beyond including over 2 million tonnes of aggregate carried on the Grand Union ( River Soar ) from 1976 to 1996, latterly using wide beam barges however, and aggregate currently carried by narrow boats ( and wide barges ) between Denham and West Drayton on the Grand Union Canal.
