Peter Milligan penned the other new series, Enigma, and continued Shade, the Changing Man, while Ennis continued Hellblazer, Delano wrote Animal Man, Fantasy author Rachel Pollack took over Doom Patrol and Horror author Nancy Collins wrote Swamp Thing.

Ennis ' first work on an American comic came in 1991 when he took over DC Comics's horror title Hellblazer, which he wrote until 1994.

Jeffrey Ennis ( born 13 November 1952 ) is a British Labour Party politician, who was the Member of Parliament ( MP ) for Barnsley East and Mexborough from 1997 to 2010, having been first elected at the Barnsley East by-election in 1996.
