Frank Washington Jarvis ( August 31, 1878-June 2, 1933 ) was an American athlete, and the Olympic 100 m champion of 1900.

Jarvis served in the British RAF during World War II and was its champion boxer three years running.

In the 100 m, Tewksbury equalled the world record in the semi-finals, but placed second in the final to Frank Jarvis.
