The original band lineup consisted of Jello Biafra ( Eric Reed Boucher ) on vocals, East Bay Ray on guitar, Klaus Flouride ( Geoffrey Lyall ) on bass, and Ted ( Bruce Slesinger ) on drums and percussion.
