One thing that is known is that regarding the course at Camp Columbia, LT Ralph Faulkner, a graduate of the U. S. Army Signal Corps OCS program at Ft. Monmouth ( 91 years old and still going strong as of Jan 2012 ) was an instructor at that facility.
