Carlo-Maria ( Ajaccio 1746 – Montpellier 1785 ) married Maria Letizia Ramolino ( Ajaccio 1750 – Rome 1836 ) in 1764.

Murat married Caroline Bonaparte in a civil ceremony on 20 January 1800 at Mortefontaine and religiously on 4 January 1802 in Paris, thus becoming a son-in-law of Letizia Ramolino as well as brother-in-law to Joseph Bonaparte, Napoleon I of France, Lucien Bonaparte, Elisa Bonaparte, Louis Bonaparte, Pauline Bonaparte and Jérôme Bonaparte.

In 1821 he married Princess Letizia Bonaparte ( d. 1871 ), daughter of Lucien Bonaparte, and after residing for a time at Viterbo he returned to Ireland in 1825, having by this time inherited the family estates.

He is married to Mirella and they have four children: Luciano, Flavio, Letizia and Massimo.

He intended them to marry, but Letizia objected ; in his stead, Napoleon, despite that fact that she loved Stanislas, married Pauline to General Charles Leclerc in French-occupied Milan on 14 June 1797.

Louis Napoléon Bonaparte, Prince Français, Comte de Saint-Leu ( 2 September 1778 – 25 July 1846 ), King of Holland ( 1806 – 10 ), was the fifth surviving child and the fourth surviving son of Carlo Buonaparte and Letizia Ramolino.

The coat of arms of Letizia impales her husband's shield to the dexter ( viewer's left ) with her family arms − 1st and 4th quarters, the arms of her father Jesus Ortiz Azure an eight points star Or a bordure chequy Gules and Argent ; 2nd and 3rd quarters, the arms of her maternal grandfather Francisco Rocasolano Or a rose Gules barbed and seeded Vert ; all surmounted by Prince of Asturias's crown as heir-apparent ( Crown's arches differenced as consort ) and surrounded by the ribbon of the Order of Charles III.

One of the most famous Imperial coronation ceremonies was that of Napoleon, crowning himself Emperor in the presence of Pope Pius VII ( who had blessed the regalia ), at the Notre Dame de Paris | Notre Dame Cathedral in Paris. The marriage to his wife Letizia, thirteen years younger than him and only sixteen years old when the wedding took place, did not last.

His Royal Highness the Prince of Asturias officially opened in June 2002 to his new residence, located at a few dozen metres from the Palace of Zarzuela, and where he lives today with his wife Letizia Ortiz and daughters the infantas Leonor and Sofía.

Nobile Maria Letizia Buonaparte née Ramolino ( Marie-Lætitia Ramolino, Madame Mère de l ' Empereur ) ( 24 August 1750 – 2 February 1836 ) was the mother of Napoleon I of France.

At the Bachfest Leipzig ( de ) 2003, he sang in the Mass in B minor, which traditionally closes the festival, with Letizia Scherrer, Mark Padmore and Sebastian Noack, choir and orchestra of the Collegium Vocale Gent, conducted by Philippe Herreweghe.

According to astronomer Letizia Stanghellini, " It ’ s possible that buckyballs from outer space provided seeds for life on Earth .”

It has been said, to much popular acclaim, that Letizia had no noble blood, but although her mother came from a working-class family, on her paternal grandfather's side she is an untitled descendant of the families that were for centuries Constables of Castile and other Royal high office holders.

In 2000 Letizia reported from Washington, D. C. on the presidential elections.

Letizia joined from the beginning the duties of her husband Felipe, Prince of Asturias, and travelled extensively through Spain in representation of the King.

Letizia supports Spanish designers, from couturiers such as Felipe Varela and Lorenzo Caprile to Zara and Mango.

Carlo initially followed in his father's footsteps and studied to be a lawyer at Pisa University, but following a substantial inheritance from the death of his father, he left before earning his degree in order to marry Maria Letizia Ramolino.

Also after 1768, when France bought Corsica from Genoa, Letizia never learned French.

Princess Letizia of Spain studied journalism at this University, established by the King and Queen of Castille, which is the main public university in the country.

It was announced on 8 May 2005 that Letizia was pregnant and on 31 October 2005 at 1: 46 am at the Ruber Clinic in Madrid, she gave birth to a girl, Infanta Leonor, the first child for the couple, who was baptized on 14 January 2006.

Letizia has performed a couple of audiences and her work will focus on social issues such as children rights, culture and education.

After Waterloo Pauline moved to Rome, where she enjoyed the protection of Pope Pius VII ( who once was her brother's prisoner ), as did her mother, Letizia ( then at a palace on the Piazza Venezia ), and other members of the Bonaparte family.

The wedding banquet of Prince Felipe and Letizia Ortiz took place on 22 May 2004 at the central courtyard of the Palace.
