She also studied drawing in Paris at the atelier of Pierre Puvis de Chavannes along with Marie Triepcke, who would marry Peder Severin Krøyer, another Skagen painter.

His first marriage ( 1912 – 1936 ) was to the Danish painter Marie Triepcke ( 1867 – 1940 ), who had previously been married to the painter Peder Severin Krøyer ( 1851 – 1909 ).

That assignment continued through issue # 43, which Cockrum also plotted, and which was inked by fellow comics great Marie Severin.

The character first appeared in Strange Tales # 157 June 1967 ( cameo-first full appearance next issue ) and was created by Stan Lee, Marie Severin and Herb Trimpe.

Dr. Joanne Tumulo, later revealed to be a member of the Cat People race, first appeared in Claws of the Cat # 1-4 ( November 1972-June 1973 ), and was created by Linda Fite and Roy Thomas ( co-writers ), and Marie Severin ( artist ).
