The Stanford Achievement Test, Form J, was administered by classroom teachers, consisting of a battery of six sub-tests: Paragraph Meaning, Word Meaning, Spelling, Language, Arithmetic Computation, and Arithmetic Reasoning.

In 1897, German doctor and writer Magnus Hirschfeld formed the Scientific-Humanitarian Committee to campaign publicly against the notorious law " Paragraph 175 ", which made sex between men illegal.

This interpretation is rejected by many states, who argue that Paragraph 2 of UN Resolution 1514 ( XV ) states that " all peoples have the right to self-determination " and Paragraph 6 cannot be used to justify territorial claims.

Further, the use of the word attempt in Paragraph 6 denotes future action and cannot be construed to justify territorial redress for past action.

" Paragraph 14 explains: " Whosoever, therefore, knowing that the Catholic Church was made necessary by Christ, would refuse to enter or to remain in it, could not be saved.

Paragraph 3. 25 of the Final Report states " This suggests that it is far more often the nature of the teaching than the nature of the child which determines success or failure in learning the ‘ basic ’ skills of reading and writing.

Article 1 of the Basic Law ( in German legal shorthand GG, for Grundgesetz ), which establishes this principle that " human dignity is inviolable " and that human rights are directly applicable law, as well as the general principles of the state in Article 20 GG, which guarantees democracy, republicanism, social responsibility, federalism, and the right of resistance should anybody undertake to abolish this order, remain under the guarantee of perpetuity stated in Article 79 Paragraph 3, i. e., those two cannot be changed even if the normal amendment process is followed.

This is justified by reference to Paragraph 6 of UN Resolution 1514 ( XV ), which states that any attempt " aimed at partial or total disruption of the national unity and the territorial integrity of a country is incompatible with the purposes and principles of the Charter ".

It is much more likely that Saul had no official high priest after this incident until the end of his reign ( see Josephus's Antiquities of the Jews, Book VI, Chapter XII, Paragraph 7.

Paragraph 4 to armed conflicts "... in which peoples are fighting against colonial domination and alien occupation and against racist regimes ..." This phraseology contains many ambiguities that cloud the issue of who is or is not a legitimate combatant.

Paragraph ( 10 ) of section 802 ( a ) of title 10, United States Code ( article 2 ( a ) of the Uniform Code of Military Justice ), is amended by striking ' war ' and inserting ' declared war or a contingency operation '.

The right to create private schools in in Germany is in Article 7, Paragraph 4 of the Grundgesetz and cannot be suspended even in a state of emergency.

Another relevant document is Veritatis Splendor, a papal encyclical by Pope John Paul II, issued in 1993 to combat the relaxation of moral norms and the political corruption ( see Paragraph 98 ) that affects millions of persons.

Although it is illegal for anyone, government official or otherwise, to knowingly distribute classified information ( under US Code, Title 18, Section 793, Paragraph e ), Novak was never charged with this crime because there was no evidence that Novak knew that Ms. Plame was a covert agent.

The cabinet proposed that it instead by replaced by a " Racism Paragraph ", that was aimed at protecting religious groups from attacks, while retaining protection of the academic freedom of speech.
