" Perfect Day " is a song written by Lou Reed in 1972, originally featured on Transformer, Reed's second post-Velvet Underground solo album.

Transformer is the second studio album by American rock musician Lou Reed, released in November 1972.

Unlike its predecessor, Lou Reed, eight songs of which were written during his Velvet Underground days, Transformer contains mainly new material.

" Walk on the Wild Side " is a Lou Reed song from his 1972 second solo album Transformer.
