Sisy Wen-hsien Chen ( 陳文茜 ; pinyin: Chén Wénqìan, born March 25, 1958 ) is a Taiwanese politician and television commentator.

In the early 1990s, Sisy Chen remained active in Taiwanese society as a member of the UN Minority Group for Asia, the chairperson of the Taiwan Relations Center's office of the UN, and the producer for Italian National Broadcast's Asia Department.

Outside of politics, Sisy Chen has been active in the media.

From 2002 to the present time, Sisy Chen hosted " Wen Qian Xiao Mei Da ," a talk show aimed at exploring and exposing political and social issues in Taiwan.

In 2005, Sisy Chen became a host of " Jie Ma Chen Wen Qian ," a talk show on Phoenix TV.

On her TV shows, Sisy Chen frequently criticized the democratic system of Taiwan.

When Shanghai party chief Chen Liangyu was dismissed in September 2006, Zeng led the anti-corruption task force against the staunch Jiang ally.

Liu Bei then consulted Kong Rong and Chen Deng, who advised him to switch ally and seek confirmation from the leading warlord, Yuan Shao.

The crew included Reno Chen, Paul Chow, Loo-chi Hu, Benny Hsu, Calvin Mehlert and were led by skipper Marco Chung.

Former Democratic Progressive Party Chairman Hsu Hsin-liang, who had quit the party after failing to prevent Chen from running, ran as an independent with New Party legislator Josephine Chu as his running mate.

Having failed twice in gaining DPP support for his presidential bid, first in 1996 when he lost the party primary to Peng Ming-Min and second in 1999 when the party threw its support behind the widely popular former mayor of Taipei City, Chen Shui-Bian, Hsu decided to withdraw from the DPP in 1999.

After the election Hsu became more critical of the Chen Shui-bian government and its various policies.

Hsu publicly supported Lien Chen and James Soong in the 2004 presidential election.

In March 2004, Hsu and a dozen other prominent politicians involved in the Tangwai movement published The Joint Declaration of the Tang Wai participants ( 黨外人士聯合聲明 ), in which they reprimanded Chen Shui-bian of betraying the ideals of democracy and freedom that they once pursued.

Criticising Chen of being " corrupted by power " and close with Lee Teng-hui and black gold, Hsu and others urged voters who once supported DPP for its ideals not to vote for Chen, to give him a chance to " reflect on himself ".

Hsu came out to support DPP candidate Frank Hsieh in the 2008 presidential election even though he had been connected with the pan-blue camp during much of the period Chen Shui-bian served as president.

Other herbals include Pen Ts ' ao Fa Hui in 1450 by Hsu Yung and Pen Ts ' ao Kangmu of Li Shi Chen in 1590.

Former DPP party leader Hsu Hsin-liang has criticized Chen in a public speech for betraying the ideals of the DPP after coming to power.

President Chen had offered the position of Presidential Office Secretary-General ( vacated by Su ) to the departing premier, but Hsieh declined and left office criticizing President Chen for his tough line on dealing with the PRC.
