Since 1971, Eureka has been known as the home of the amusement park formerly known as Six Flags Over Mid-America and now called Six Flags St. Louis.

Eureka is the home to the last amusement park to be built under the " Six Flags Over " name.

Kemp briefly served on the board of Oracle Corporation, CEO is friend Larry Ellison, in 1996, but resigned when he ran for Vice President ; he was named to the board of Six Flags, Inc. in December 2005.

In 1997, Time Warner sold the Six Flags unit.

The Illinois park became Six Flags Great America, as it was purchased by Six Flags.

The Western Pacific Railroad purchased several of the Six Companies dump cars for company service after the dam was completed and the equipment declared surplus.

In January 2005, Six Apart purchased Danga Interactive, parent company of LiveJournal, from owner Brad Fitzpatrick, who was named Six Apart's chief architect.

In 1998, Premier purchased Six Flags Theme Parks, and began to rebrand its own parks as Six Flags.

The park also contains Six Flags Hurricane Harbor, New Jersey's largest water park, and Six Flags Wild Safari, the largest drive-thru animal safari outside of Africa.

Important attractions included the Silver Springs Nature Theme Park, Wild Waters water park, and the now-defunct Western-themed Six Gun Territory, all in nearby Silver Springs, Florida.

Six Flags America amusement park ( formerly known as Wild World and Adventure World ) is to the east in Mitchellville, and FedExField, the Washington Redskins ' football stadium, is across the Capital Beltway in Summerfield.

In 2008, Six Flags New England was to open The Dark Knight, an indoor MACK Wild Mouse coaster based on the upcoming film of the same name.

Occasionally, the show taped special episodes at a theme park such as Raging Waters, Wild Rivers, and Six Flags Magic Mountain.

Selden later represents both the dragon Tintaglia and the Rain Wild community in an envoy to Buckkeep in the Six Duchies.

The name ' Wild Pack ' had been used by the mercenary squad led by Cable for some time, until a legal notice forced them to change it to ' Six Pack '.
