The building also contains a number of unique, multi-purpose spaces, including the Auditorium ( seating capacity of 776 ) and the Great Hall ( originally used as the dining hall and later as the home for the Ward Museum of Wildfowl Art ).

It contains the Blas Galindo Auditorium, the Teatro de las Artes, two other theaters, the national music conservatory as well as schools of theater, dance, cinema, painting, sculpture and engraving.

The Harold M. Proshansky Auditorium, named for the institution's second president, is located on the concourse level and contains 389 seats.

Record Memorial-This building serves as a connection between Hambley Boulevard and University of Pikeville and also contains Booth Auditorium, the Sturgill Board Room, the Elizabeth Akers Nursing Program, the Marguerite Weber Art Gallery, and the Ridenour Dance Studio.

The North side contains the swimming pool and the Gloria Logan Auditorium on the north side, and a two-level gymnasium on the south side, divided by a wide central hallway leading to the east entrance of the school.

The theater's pipe organ was salvaged from the Portland Civic Auditorium.

The 1980-pipe Ferris Tracker organ, originally built in 1847 for Calvary Episcopal Church in New York City, was moved to the Round Lake Auditorium in 1888 and is considered to be the oldest and largest three-manual organ in existence.
