Jaldapara National Park ( earlier Jaldapara Wildlife Sanctuary ) is a national park situated at the foothills of Eastern Himalayas in Alipurduar Sub-Division of Jalpaiguri district in West Bengal and on the bank of river Torsa.

The entire island is a Wildlife Sanctuary ; access to five particularly sensitive areas ( see below ) is restricted.

The parish is bounded on the west by Alkborough, on the east by Winteringham ( which also includes the Winteringham Haven Wildlife Reserve ) and, to the south, by West Halton.
