Geese has also appeared in several The King of Fighters games, in which he seeks to get the power from the creature Orochi, while his young self makes an appearance in the second Art of Fighting game as the hidden boss character.

Chikane was with the Orochi the whole time in the manga while in the anime she joined after witnessing Himeko's first kiss.

During the start of Orochi, a pack of Kappa appeared at Higashichichibu, with the copies destroyed by Ibuki's Shippuu Issen while the original was to be killed by Todoroki's Raiden Gekishin, but was crushed by Otoroshi.
