The Military Secretary's counterpart in the Royal Navy is the Naval Secretary.

Other public buildings are the Norfolk Island Hospital on Grassy Road, and the Norfolk Telecom Offices on New Cascade Road.

However, EB ( for short ) also has a few important buildings including The Nigerian Railway Corporation Headquarters, Post Offices, St Paul's Catholic Church, the famous Oyingbo market, a major bus terminal, Foucos Secondary School ( a school built by the former minister for education ), Junior Strides Academy, Ajayi Memorial Hospital, and shops of all types.

So in 1818 the name " Milan " was secured for both the town and one of the hamlet Post Offices.

The local hospital is Accrington Victoria Hospital however, as it only deals with minor issues, A & E is provided by the Royal Blackburn Hospital.

In 2006, the journal Proceedings of the Royal Society published a paper providing evidence that these were painted in situ at St Thomas ' Hospital over the river Thames.

Colour guards in the artillery units are technically the lead gun's crew and leader ( except in the Honourable Artillery Company which uses both guns and Colours ) and there are no colour guards in the rifle regiments ( nowadays The Rifles ), the Royal Gurkha Rifles ( which use the Queen's Truncheon ) and in the Royal Hospital in Chelsea.

They are Westminster, which is termed the City of Westminster as it has city status, Kingston upon Thames, Kensington and Chelsea, and ( since 2012 ) Greenwich, which are termed " Royal Borough of ", due to their Royal borough status.
