The Struthion Pool lay in the path of the northern decumanus, so Hadrian placed vaulting over it, added a large pavement on top, and turned it into a secondary Forum ; the pavement can still be seen under the Convent of the Sisters of Zion.

Universal also added glitzy production numbers to capitalize on the musical-comedy film genre of the day which featured The Andrews Sisters, Ted Lewis and his Orchestra, Ella Fitzgerald, Martha Raye, The Merry Macs, and Dick Foran, singing " I'll Remember April " in " Ride ' Em Cowboy.

Yet Religious Sisters can also do this form of ministry, e. g., the Maryknoll Missionary Sisters have small houses of contemplative Sisters, some in mission locations, who pray for the work of the priests, brothers and other Sisters of their Congregation ; the Sister Disciples of the Divine Master are also cloistered Sisters who pray in support of their sister congregation, the Daughters of St. Paul in their media ministry.

* Elementary schools: Coggeshall School, Cranston-Calvert School, Sullivan School, Underwood School, St Michael's Country Day School, St. Joseph of Cluny Sisters ' School.

It was the birthplace of St. Francis, who founded the Franciscan religious order in the town in 1208, and St. Clare ( Chiara d ' Offreducci ), the founder of the Poor Sisters, which later became the Order of Poor Clares after her death.

It contains some ancient ruins, a hospital built by the Little Sisters of the Poor, and a fine basilica dedicated to St. Augustine.

Highbury may have stayed this way, as the plan was to create a park – Albert Park – between St Paul's Road / Balls Pond Road and the Seven Sisters Road.

St Joseph's School was established by the Dominican Sisters and the Christian Brothers.

In 1900, St. Bernard's Regional Medical Center was established by the Olivetan Benedictine Sisters.

The historic Brethren's House, Sisters ' House, Widows ' House and Gemeinhaus ( Congregation House ) with the Old Chapel are remnants of this period of communal living.

At the Chapel of Saint Bernadette at the mother house of the Sisters of Charity of Nevers, it is possible to view the incorrupt remains of Bernadette Soubirous ( Saint Bernadette ) which are presented in a gold and crystal reliquary.
