The Zimbabwe National Army ( ZNA ) is the land warfare branch of the Zimbabwe Defence Forces.

After several hints, some of which the Zimbabwean Government denied, for the first time the ZDF Commander, General Constantine Chiwenga, acknowledged ZNA involvement in the Angolan Civil War

The Zimbabwe Defence Forces ( ZDF ) are composed of the Zimbabwe National Army ( ZNA ) and the Air Force of Zimbabwe ( AFZ ).
