Webb formed his own production and publishing company that year, Canopy, and scored a hit with its first project, an unlikely album with Irish actor Richard Harris singing an album of all Jimmy Webb songs.

Novello co-wrote the first tune with M. Davich, and the second tune is an Italian language cover of " MacArthur Park ", the Jimmy Webb song, in an arrangement similar to that recorded by Richard Harris.

The supporting cast included Ted Osborne as hospital administrator Dr. Carew, Jane Webb as nurse Mary Lamont and Virginia Gregg as Nurse Parker, labeled " Nosy Parker " by Gillespie, with appearances by William Conrad, Stacy Harris, Jay Novello, Isabel Jewell and Jack Webb.
