There have been a number of notable Old Rugbeians including the purported father of the sport of Rugby William Webb Ellis, the inventor of Australian rules football Tom Wills, the war poets Rupert Brooke and John Gillespie Magee, Jr., Prime Minister Neville Chamberlain, author and mathematician Lewis Carroll, poet and cultural critic Matthew Arnold, the author and social critic Salman Rushdie ( who said of his time there: " Almost the only thing I am proud of about going to Rugby school was that Lewis Carroll went there too.

Developer Del E. Webb expanded Sun City over the years, and his company went on to build other retirement communities in the Sun Belt.

Paul Webb rejoined Lee Harris, and the two went on to form the band. O. rang, while Tim Friese-Greene started recording under the name Heligoland.

They went to local lawyer Elsie Webb who assembled a group of backers.

A local businessman, Hajee Abdulla Arab, a follower of Ghulam Ahmad, saw these letters and went to Manila to see Webb.

The film also features Jack Webb and Harry Morgan, who both went on to co-star in Dragnet.

The term of duress was two years in Sing Sing, but Governor William H. Seward pardoned him before he went behind bars, in return for which Webb named one of his sons " William Seward Webb ".

Chick Webb died on June 16, 1939, and his band was renamed " Ella and her Famous Orchestra " with Ella taking on the role of nominal bandleader.

William Henry Webb, usually known as Chick Webb ( February 10, 1905 – June 16, 1939 ) was an American jazz and swing music drummer as well as a band leader.

This species is 6. 3 inches ( 16 cm ) long and weighs 20 g. The bill is pointed and black with some blue-gray at the base of the lower mandible ( Howell and Webb 1995 ).

Born in Webb, Saskatchewan on July 16, 1913.
