:::( 2 ) The President shall have the responsibility and duty to safeguard the independence, territorial integrity and continuity of the State and the Constitution.

:::( 2 ) President of the Republic may be prosecuted for high treason at the Constitutional Court based on the Senate's suit.

:::( a ) the action falls within subsection ( 2 ),

:::( 2 ) If any arrestor attempts to arrest a suspect and the suspect resists the attempt, or flees, or resists the attempt and flees, when it is clear that an attempt to arrest him or her is being made, and the suspect cannot be arrested without the use of force, the arrestor may, in order to effect the arrest, use such force as may be reasonably necessary and proportional in the circumstances to overcome resistance or to prevent the suspect from fleeing: Provided that the arrestor is justified in terms of this section in using deadly force that is intended or is likely to cause death or grievous bodily harm to a suspect, only if he or she believes on reasonable grounds -

:::( a ) involves serious violence against a person,

:::( c ) endangers a person's life, other than that of the person committing the action,

:::( A ) causes the penetration of the anus or sexual organ of another person by any means, without that person's consent ;

:::( B ) causes the penetration of the mouth of another person by the sexual organ of the actor, without that person's consent ; or

:::( C ) causes the sexual organ of another person, without that person's consent, to contact or penetrate the mouth, anus, or sexual organ of another person, including the actor ; or

:::( C ) causes the sexual organ of a child to contact or penetrate the mouth, anus, or sexual organ of another person, including the actor ;

:::( D ) causes the anus of a child to contact the mouth, anus, or sexual organ of another person, including the actor ; or

:::( E ) causes the mouth of a child to contact the anus or sexual organ of another person, including the actor.

:::( a ) that the force is immediately necessary for the purpose of protecting the arrestor, any person lawfully assisting the arrestor or any other person from imminent or future death or grievous bodily harm ;

:::( C ) If the person engaging in the conduct thereby intentionally kills or attempts to kill the unborn child, that person shall instead of being punished under subparagraph ( A ), be punished as provided under sections 1111, 1112, and 1113 of this title for intentionally killing or attempting to kill a human being.

:::( a ) a qualified medical practitioner, other than a member of a therapeutic abortion committee for any hospital, who in good faith uses in an accredited or approved hospital any means for the purpose of carrying out his intention to procure the miscarriage of a female person, or

:::( b ) a female person who, being pregnant, permits a qualified medical practitioner to use in an accredited or approved hospital any means for the purpose of carrying out her intention to procure her own miscarriage,

:::( c ) has by certificate in writing stated that in its opinion the continuation of the pregnancy of the female person would or would be likely to endanger her life or health, and

:::( Although not strictly a use of the adessive this proximity difference is mirrored in adverbial forms such as täällä-around here and tässä-right here )

:::( b ) the use or threat is designed to influence the government an international governmental organisation or to intimidate the public or a section of the public, and

:::( c ) the use or threat is made for the purpose of advancing a political, religious racial or ideological cause.

:::( e ) is designed seriously to interfere with or seriously to disrupt an electronic system.

:::( b ) that there is a substantial risk that the suspect will cause imminent or future death or grievous bodily harm if the arrest is delayed ; or

:::( c ) that the offence for which the arrest is sought is in progress and is of a forcible and serious nature and involves the use of life threatening violence or a strong likelihood that it will cause grievous bodily harm.

:::( d ) ensuring that it is dealt with expeditiously and fairly ; and

:::( 1 ) The President shall be the Head of State and represent the State vis-à-vis foreign states.

:::( 1 ) President of the Republic may not be detained, subjected to criminal prosecution or prosecuted for offense or other administrative delict.

:::( 3 ) Criminal prosecution for criminal offenses committed by the President of the Republic while executing his office shall be ruled out forever.

:::( ii ) specified by Proclamation made for the purpose of this paragraph to be an enemy at war with the Commonwealth ; or

:::( D ) Notwithstanding any other provision of law, the death penalty shall not be imposed for an offense under this section.

:::( d ) has caused a copy of that certificate to be given to the qualified medical practitioner.

:::( ii ) two or more prior misdemeanors as defined in AS 11. 81. 900 who have resided in the state for at least one calendar year preceding the date applied for a dividend and intend to remain an Alaska resident indefinitely at the time applied for a dividend.

:::( a ) drugs that are, for the time being drugs of addiction or prohibited drugs within the meaning of the Poisons Act, 1966 ; and

:::( c ) schemes, rules and methods for performing mental acts, playing games or doing business, and programs for computers ;

:::( B ) An offense under this section does not require proof that —

:::( a ) the cultivation, production, manufacture, distribution or supply, where contrary to the laws of the State, of drugs of the kind referred to in paragraph 1, or in the possession or use by others, when contrary to those laws, of those drugs ; or illegal or improper activities in connection with the matters referred to in subparagraph ( a ); and

:::( a ) the manner in which the laws of the State relating to the cultivation, production, manufacture, distribution, supply, possession and use of drugs of the kinds referred to in paragraph 1 are administered by the authorities of the State, whether acting alone or in co-operation with the authorities of other States or the Commonwealth ; or

:::( b ) those laws referred to in subparagraph ( a )

:::( a ) ensuring that the parties are on an equal footing ;

:::( ii ) how such complaints were handled by the agency.

:::( A ) causes the penetration of the anus or sexual organ of a child by any means ;

:::( B ) causes the penetration of the mouth of a child by the sexual organ of the actor ;

:::( a ) exercises any power given to it by the Rules ; or

:::( Hamburger at heart, Jew by blood, Florentine in spirit )

:::( i ) the number and nature of complaints received by the agency regarding the accuracy of information disseminated by the agency ; and
