* Shkembe ( Shkembe Chorba ) ( Шкембе чорба / Чкембе чорба in Macedonian ) — is a kind of tripe soup, prepared in Iran, Bulgaria, Romania, Macedonia, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Serbia and Turkey.

At age 116, she was recognized as being the new United States national longevity recordholder, then thought to have been held by Carrie C. White ( reportedly 1874 – 1991 ).

However, in 1989, the title was withdrawn and given to Carrie C. White of Florida, who was claimed to have been born in 1874, although this has been disputed by subsequent census research.

Carrie C. White had been recognized by Guinness World Records to have reached the age of 116.
