Nathaniel Merriweather, aka Dan The Automator, released two albums that were heavily inspired by Trip-Hop.

The album has proven influential with artists such as Air, David Holmes, Jarvis Cocker, Beck and Dan the Automator.

The album was produced by Tjinder Singh and Dan the Automator.

Charles also makes up a quarter of the band Lovage, along with Dan the Automator, Mike Patton and Kid Koala.

Daniel M. Nakamura ( born September 9, 1967 ), better known by the stage name Dan the Automator, is an American hip hop producer.

In August 2010, California band dredg announced via their website that Dan the Automator will be producing their fifth album, set for a release in May 2011.
